Christmas in AZ

We got to Arizona in time for a family dinner at Marshall and Lynndsey's house.  They were so sweet to invite everyone and make dinner for everyone.  It was fun to start out our trip with a big family gathering!
The next morning, Mark had to have Kneader's french toast.  He had been dreaming about it.  So yummy!!!

Grandma had a craft station all ready for the kids to make a couple ornaments for her tree...it was filled with ornaments from all her grandkids.  When you have 35 (36?), your tree fills up fast!
Every day we had something planned to do.  It was the perfect amount of relaxing and fun.  The temple lights are always on the to do list!
Some of the grandkids.  We were missing a few families.
 We went ice-skating.

We had a movie night (Polar Express) at the Menden's, with a fire for s'mores and a hot chocolate bar.
We decorated sugar cookies at Mike and Jen's and had tamales.  De-lish!
 Kasidee and Maryn.
 Brevan, Parker and Gordon.
Of course, Pistol Pete's on Christmas Eve.  Pizza and games for everyone.  I think this is the kids' favorite tradition!
 Cute Kas and Natalie.
 Addison counting her tickets.
Jeff and Gretchen got there right after this pic...I didn't get a pic though.  I was slacking this year in the pic department apparently.
After pizza, we headed to Grandma and Grandad's for the Nativity and family home evening.
Wyatt was loving on Riley, and stole her glasses.
Kas lucked out in the cousin department...all these cute girls are pretty much the same age.
Parker and Gordon couldn't be left out!
FHE was great!  Josh was showing Wyatt the keyboard before it started.
 Everyone ready for the show.
Reilynn and Bailey were angels this year.
Addison was a wise man. Wyatt was suppose to be a sheep, but he wasn't cooperating.
Just thought I'd catch a candid moment.

Cute Audrey and Wyatt in their new Christmas Eve jammies.
The whole crew.  I found one-piece pj's for my girls.  I knew it was a risk, but I thought they would think they were fun...NOPE!  There were tears, yelling, threats, and then they changed immediately after the cousin picture.  Epic FAIL!!
Great Grandma Alice.  I'm so happy Bailey has been able to know who she is named after.  She is such an amazing woman!
It was a fabulous, but exhausting trip!
