Cirque du Soleil

Bailey, Reilynn, and Addison lucked out and were invited to Payton's Cirque bday party.  An actual Cirque performer came and did some cool gymnastic tricks and then let the kids try with his help.  They had an amazing face painter and balloon artist.  It was impressive!
Payton is Avery's sister.  Avery is fighting a brain tumor right now.  Many prayers are being sent in behalf of her.

Random Fun

We love Target, and are sad because of recent policy changes, that we won't be shopping there anymore. Wyatt and Reilynn will miss the yummy slushys with fun straws.
This is how Rei likes to do her homework.
We love when Jack gets to come play!  Reilynn and Aubrey like to pretend he is their baby.
Addison was laughing so hard because Jack tooted on her lap. :)
We went to the park as a family.  I can't remember the last time we did that.  It was fun!
Wyatt discovered swings...now we refuses to leave.
A fun date night with Judy and Jeff.  We went mini golfing at a Kiss place.  You gotta love Vegas!

Teeth

She finally lost her first tooth.  She was happy to finally have a visit from the tooth fairy.
I had some dental work done and was swollen and bruised for a week.  I've never had that happen from a filling before.  That must of been a serious cavity.  Wow!

Bubbly

We brought in the New Year with some sparkling cider, the NYC count down, and some wrestling.
Good times were had by all.

Wyatt was a big fan of the sparkling cider.
I love my family!

The festivities continue in Utah!

We came home from Arizona, washed clothes and repacked the car to head to Utah.  Our kids had either never been in snow, or couldn't remember being in snow...it was time to let them experience snow!
On the drive up, we hit -2, and the windows were freezing...they were already in heaven.
Playing in Aunt Karen and Uncle Rob's backyard was just as fun as skiing the slopes at Whistler.  They had so much fun!!
 Wyatt loves his Aunt Karen!

We lucked out, and the Nieslen's were in Utah at the same time, so we met them up in Heber so go sledding.
 We had a blast!!
Parker was attacked by the rope that pulled the sleds back up the mountain.  He was pretty proud of his war wound.  It made him look tough.
Even after sledding all day, the kids got back to Karen's and didn't even go inside.  They went right back out to enjoy the snow some more.  They were die-hards!
Mark did NOT go back out in the snow.  He was too tired to even take his snow pants all the way off.
 Rob liked it.
Mark and Wyatt fell asleep on the floor.  The snow wears you out!
Karen bought ugly sweater cookies to decorate.
Thanks...we had a blast!

Family Pictures

On Christmas Eve, right before heading to Pistol Pete's, Michelle was so kind to snap a few pics for me.  It had been WAY too long since we have had a family picture...and the trees were so pretty!
Thanks Michelle!  They turned out so pretty.

Christmas in AZ

We got to Arizona in time for a family dinner at Marshall and Lynndsey's house.  They were so sweet to invite everyone and make dinner for everyone.  It was fun to start out our trip with a big family gathering!
The next morning, Mark had to have Kneader's french toast.  He had been dreaming about it.  So yummy!!!

Grandma had a craft station all ready for the kids to make a couple ornaments for her tree...it was filled with ornaments from all her grandkids.  When you have 35 (36?), your tree fills up fast!
Every day we had something planned to do.  It was the perfect amount of relaxing and fun.  The temple lights are always on the to do list!
Some of the grandkids.  We were missing a few families.
 We went ice-skating.

We had a movie night (Polar Express) at the Menden's, with a fire for s'mores and a hot chocolate bar.
We decorated sugar cookies at Mike and Jen's and had tamales.  De-lish!
 Kasidee and Maryn.
 Brevan, Parker and Gordon.
Of course, Pistol Pete's on Christmas Eve.  Pizza and games for everyone.  I think this is the kids' favorite tradition!
 Cute Kas and Natalie.
 Addison counting her tickets.
Jeff and Gretchen got there right after this pic...I didn't get a pic though.  I was slacking this year in the pic department apparently.
After pizza, we headed to Grandma and Grandad's for the Nativity and family home evening.
Wyatt was loving on Riley, and stole her glasses.
Kas lucked out in the cousin department...all these cute girls are pretty much the same age.
Parker and Gordon couldn't be left out!
FHE was great!  Josh was showing Wyatt the keyboard before it started.
 Everyone ready for the show.
Reilynn and Bailey were angels this year.
Addison was a wise man. Wyatt was suppose to be a sheep, but he wasn't cooperating.
Just thought I'd catch a candid moment.

Cute Audrey and Wyatt in their new Christmas Eve jammies.
The whole crew.  I found one-piece pj's for my girls.  I knew it was a risk, but I thought they would think they were fun...NOPE!  There were tears, yelling, threats, and then they changed immediately after the cousin picture.  Epic FAIL!!
Great Grandma Alice.  I'm so happy Bailey has been able to know who she is named after.  She is such an amazing woman!
It was a fabulous, but exhausting trip!
